WHAT IS A WARRANTY EXTENSION ?
- It is not insurance but service protection, identical as in the case of the standard warranty period. The repair or exchange of the device is realized according to the initial terms of purchase.
- There is a possibility of buying an extended warranty not only at the moment of purchase but also up to 90 days from the moment of obtaining the device.
- The repairs are realized in a door-to-door system, also during the validity of the manufacturer’s warranty.
- The system includes free shipping and the pickup at the indicated address across Europe.
- The Customer does not bear any costs of repair.
- The price of obtaining the extended warranty is a gross amount and includes VAT 23%.
HOW TO REPORT THE DEVICE MALFUNCTION ?
- There are two quick ways of communication. The first one requires filling in the contact form and the second is the Helpline. The contact details are in the warranty extension agreement and on the operator’s website.
- The time to take steps after reporting the malfunction is 24 hours, with the reservation that it covers only the business days.
THE PRICE LIST OF THE EXTENDED WARRANTY
The following list presents the current price list of the extended warranty, including the time of the warranty and the value of the device. It should be noted that this period might last no longer than three years.
